We are seeking a violin tutor to commence in February 2016. Applications closing 08/12/2015

The school has a dynamic music program, involving students from Year 1 through to Year 12. Instrumental music instructors are required to contribute to the provision of a quality education program. This casual position offers flexibility in days and times.

• Relevant skills and experience in musicianship and tutelage of violin, with experience in a school environment being highly desirable.
• An ability to enthuse, motivate and encourage students to participate in School Music ensembles.
• Ability to teach cello is not essential but desirable
The position is currently for 4 hours per week however there is the potential for growth in the number of private lessons.

The Instrumental Music tutor may be asked to establish and run a string ensemble when enough student interest is generated.
